What ScopePrompt provides
ScopePrompt is a skills-only developer tool that generates a proposed development-task prompt from information you provide. It does not itself edit repositories, execute commands, deploy software, or guarantee that another agent will complete a task successfully.
Your responsibilities
- Review every generated prompt before using it.
- Confirm that requested actions are authorized and appropriate for the target system.
- Protect confidential information, credentials, personal data, and third-party rights.
- Use suitable testing, backup, review, and deployment controls for your project.
- Comply with applicable laws and the platform terms through which you access ScopePrompt.
Acceptable use
You may not use ScopePrompt to facilitate unauthorized access, malware, fraud, rights violations, or other unlawful or harmful activity. ScopePrompt's scope and authorization boundaries are not a substitute for your own legal and security review.
Intellectual property
The ScopePrompt name, branding, and plugin materials are owned by the publisher or used with permission. You retain rights you already hold in the information you provide. Rights in platform-generated output may also be governed by the platform's terms.
Availability and changes
ScopePrompt may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. The publisher does not control ChatGPT, Codex, the plugin directory, or platform availability. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date.

ScopePrompt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from use of ScopePrompt.
Independence
ScopePrompt is an independent developer tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI.
